1. Phone Number

What we collect: Your mobile phone number.

Why: To create your account and verify your identity using OTP (via Firebase Authentication). This ensures that all users on the platform are real people, making the app safer for everyone.

2. Photos, Videos & Audio

What we collect: Videos or photos you record/upload, and audio from your applications.

Why: KaamDhanda is a video-based job app. Employers need to see and hear you to hire you.

• We request Camera permission to let you record a video resume or take a profile photo.
• We request Microphone permission so employers can hear you in your video.

Transparency: We never record anything without your permission. You are always in control of when to start and stop recording.

3. Files & Media

What we collect: Access to select files you choose to upload.

Why: If you prefer to upload an existing video resume instead of recording a new one, we need access to your gallery/files to pick that specific video.

4. Data Safety & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information.

5. Delete Your Data

You have full control. If you want to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app settings or by contacting us.
